Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of soil conditioners. This standard applies to soil conditioners produced, sold and used in the territory of the People's Republic of China, which are used to condition soil barriers and improve their physical, chemical and/or biological properties, and are made of mineral raw materials, organic raw materials, chemical raw materials, etc. and produced through standardized processing technology. This standard does not apply to soil conditioners produced from materials or wastes that are not produced in a standardized manner or treated with harmless technology and that pose food safety risks and/or soil ecological environmental risks.
