Scope

This standard specifies the type marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rotor magnets for analog quartz clocks (hereinafter referred to as "rotor magnets"). This standard applies to the rotor magnets of single-phase permanent magnet stepper motors for analogue quartz clocks.
