Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of low-pressure mercury vapor dis harge lamps for plant growth. This standard applies to fluorescent lamps with preheated cathodes designed according to the photosynthesis and chlorophyll absorption spectra required by plants, suitable for the cultivation of tomatoes, pumpkins, cucumbers, eggplants, rice and other plants, as well as the cultivation of various vegetables and indoor plants.
