Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of neutral ink. This standard applies to neutral inks for general writing and document writing (hereinafter referred to as "inks"). It does not apply to special neutral inks with functions such as erasable, color-changing, pastel, and metallic colors.
