本标准规定了储热式室内电加热器的术语和定义、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、使用说明书、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于单相器具额定电压不超过250V，其他器具额定电压不超过480V，在家庭和类似场所使用的储热式室内电加热器。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and model naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of thermal storage indoor electric heaters. This standard applies to thermal storage indoor electric heaters (hereinafter referred to as "heaters") used in homes and similar places for single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and other appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 480 V.
