本标准规定了化妆品用月桂醇磷酸酯产品的分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存、保质期。
本标准适用于以月桂醇与五氧化二磷、三氯化磷、五氯化磷或聚磷酸为原料制得的月桂醇磷酸酯产品，它是阴离子型表面活性剂，在化妆品中用作发泡剂和清洗剂。
本标准不适用于作为在化妆品配方中用作需高比例双酯产品的如乳化剂等其他用途的原料。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of lauryl phosphate products for cosmetics. This standard applies to lauryl alcohol phosphate products made from lauryl alcohol and phosphorus pentoxide, phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus pentachloride or polyphosphoric acid. It is an anionic surfactant and is used as a hair-rais ng agent in cosmetics. Foaming agents and cleaning agents. This standard does not apply to raw materials used in cosmetic formulations for products requiring a high proportion of diesters, such as emulsifiers and other uses.
