Scope

This standard specifies the energy efficiency limits, energy efficiency levels, energy saving evaluation values, test methods and inspection rules for electric blankets (bottom bunks) and electric heating pads. This standard applies to electric blankets (bottom bunks) and electric heating pads (hereinafter referred to as "appliances") that can change or adjust the average input power.
