本标准规定了机动车用直流电源供电的电磁振动式喇叭(以下简称电喇叭)的术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、储存和保管。
本标准适 用于M,N,蚝、玩,L5类机动车，其他机动车辆用电喇叭可参照执行。
本标准不适用于优先通行的车辆，例如警车、救护车、消防车、工程抢险车等所使用发出一系列不同频率声音的声响装置。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and custody of electromagnetic vibration horns powered by DC power supply for motor vehicles. This standard applies to M, N, L3, L4, and L5 motor vehicles. Electric horns used in other motor vehicles may be implemented as a reference. This standard does not apply to sound devices that emit a series of sounds of different frequencies used by priority vehicles, such as police cars, ambulances, fire trucks, engineering rescue vehicles, etc.
