Introduction

Standard Evolution and Scope of Application

QC/T 824-2019 replaces the 2009 version of the standard. The main technical changes include:

Analysis of core performance indicators

4.2.1 Hall/magnetoresistive sensors

Typical application case: Under the condition of 1.2mm air gap, the measured signal rise time of a wheel speed sensor of an electric vehicle is ≤8μs (the standard requires ≤10μs), which meets the 16.8V high-level output requirement under a high temperature environment of 150℃.

Implementation Recommendations

  1. Model selection and matching: Commercial vehicles should give priority to the 550h@130℃ durability specification, and passenger cars can adopt the 400h standard
  2. EMC design: It is recommended to meet both the GB/T 33014.2 anechoic chamber method and the GB/T 19951 electrostatic discharge requirements
  3. Chemical protection: The crankshaft sensor installed in the engine compartment needs to pass the gearbox oil immersion test
