1 Scope

1.1 Subject content

This standard specifies the apparatus, specimen preparation, test conditions, test procedures, test data processing and test result evaluation for the determination of friction sensitivity of composite solid propellant and its slurry and energetic raw materials (AP, HMX, N-15 adhesive, etc.).

1.2 Application scope

This standard is applicable to the determination of friction sensitivity of composite solid propellant and its slurry and energetic raw materials.

4 General requirements

Instruments and measuring devices used in the test shall pass the verification by the metrological verification unit and be used within the validity period of the verification.

5 Detailed requirements

5.1 Apparatus

5.1.1 WM-1 friction sensitivity meter shall meet the following requirements:

a. The installation levelness of the upper top disc is less than or equal to 0.2 mm/m;

b. The weight of the pendulum is 1500±1.5 g, and the length of the swing arm is 760±0.5 mm. The center deviation is less than or equal to 1.5 mm when the pendulum contacts the striking rod;
