Introduction

Standard Overview and Technical Background

QX/T 219-2013 is a professional technical standard formulated by my country's meteorological industry for air velocity measurement laboratories, which was issued in December 2013 and officially implemented in May 2014. This standard fills the gap in the construction specifications of meteorological wind tunnel laboratories and provides unified laboratory technical requirements for the measurement and calibration of meteorological instruments such as wind velocity sensors.


Analysis of core technical requirements

1. Infrastructure specifications

Application Case: Wind Tunnel Laboratory Reconstruction

A provincial meteorological metrology station referred to this standard to convert the original The class=instrument>DC wind tunnel laboratory was upgraded:

  1. An independent control room was added to achieve human-machine separation
  2. A dual-channel UPS system was installed to ensure the power supply of the standard instrument
  3. A foam fire extinguishing system was used to replace the traditional dry powder fire extinguishing

After the transformation, the laboratory passed the CNAS certification, and the expanded uncertainty reached the first-class standard requirements.


Suggestions for the implementation of the standard

1. Matters needing attention during the construction phase

  • The wind tunnel selection should be combined with QX/T 8-2007 "Meteorological Low-speed Wind Tunnel Performance Test Specification"
  • The power supply system must comply with the voltage deviation requirements of GB/T 12325-2008
  • Grounding resistance <4Ω (refer to GB 50169-2006)

2. Key points for daily operation and maintenance

  • Regularly calibrate environmental measuring instruments (temperature meter tolerance ±0.35℃, humidity meter ±5%RH)
  • Test the noise level every quarter (GB 22337-2008)
  • Establish a power supply system inspection system
