Key technical principles

The infrared gas filter correlation analyzer is used to alternately generate reference/measurement beams by rotating the filter, and the concentration is measured by utilizing the characteristic absorption of 4.6μm infrared light by CO molecules. The system needs to meet the following requirements:

  • Light source stability: fluctuation <±1%
  • Temperature control: 10-30℃±5℃
  • Sampling flow rate: ≥0.2L/min

  1. Horizontal distance from pollution source > 10 times the obstacle height
  2. Height of building roof for sampling is 1.5-2m
  3. Intake pipe is made of polytetrafluoroethylene
