The root element is <MeteorologicalStationHistoryData>, which contains 13 first-level elements:

When the station location changes, you need to fill in the typeGeoLocation element:

- File name specification: LIIiiixYYYY1YYYY2.xml, where IIiii is the district station number
- Required fields: station file number (5 digits), observation field altitude (0.1m accuracy)
- Missing measurement processing: uniformly use the "999999" identifier
