Key technical requirements of sensors

The standard stipulates that three-cup wind speed sensor and single-wing wind direction sensor are basic configurations, and strong wind meter (0-90m/s) is required in typhoon-affected areas. Platinum resistance sensor is used for temperature measurement with an accuracy of ±0.2℃.


Data quality control system

Three-level quality control code is used:
0-correct data | 1-doubtful data | 2-wrong data
Example: When the wind speed value exceeds 60m/s (90m/s for strong wind instrument), it is automatically marked as 2

Environmental adaptability design

The equipment must pass:
-50℃~+50℃ temperature test
• 48-hour salt spray test (GB/T 2423.17)
• Level III mechanical vibration test


Implementation suggestions

  1. Dual wind speed sensor redundancy is configured at the hub height
  2. The solar power supply system needs to ensure 15 days of battery life
  3. Data files are named in the format of WT_L01_IIIii_YYYYMMDDHH.BIN
