Key technical requirements of sensors
The standard stipulates that three-cup wind speed sensor and single-wing wind direction sensor are basic configurations, and strong wind meter (0-90m/s) is required in typhoon-affected areas. Platinum resistance sensor is used for temperature measurement with an accuracy of ±0.2℃.
Data quality control system
Three-level quality control code is used:
0-correct data | 1-doubtful data | 2-wrong data
Example: When the wind speed value exceeds 60m/s (90m/s for strong wind instrument), it is automatically marked as 2
Environmental adaptability design
The equipment must pass:
• -50℃~+50℃ temperature test
• 48-hour salt spray test (GB/T 2423.17)
• Level III mechanical vibration test
Implementation suggestions
- Dual wind speed sensor redundancy is configured at the hub height
- The solar power supply system needs to ensure 15 days of battery life
- Data files are named in the format of WT_L01_IIIii_YYYYMMDDHH.BIN
