Scope
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ethylene removers. This standard applies to the special ethylene remover for air-conditioned cold storage (hereinafter referred to as the remover) that removes ethylene using the potassium permanganate oxidation method.
