Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, marking, labeling and packaging requirements for seasoned dried fish. This standard applies to seasoned dried fish products made from chilled or frozen navodonmodestus and crocodile (Gadusm acrocephalus) through processes such as slicing, rinsing, seasoning, and drying, as well as other raw fish products. Seasoned dried fish can also be used as a reference.
