Key technical requirements
Material specifications
Plastic trays must comply with the GB 4806.6-2016 standard for plastic resins for food contact. Mesh materials are divided into:
- Polyethylene mesh: 36tex or above, mesh length deviation ≤5%
- Polyamide mesh: breaking strength ≥800N (SC/T 5006)
Assembly process
Take the 12-layer cylindrical scallop cage as an example:
- The bottom plastic tray fixes the lower end of the outer cover net
- 11 interlayer trays are assembled with a layer height of 75mm
- A 40cm mesh opening is reserved at the top
- The side opening retains a 3-4cm snap-on structure
