本标准规定了冷冻、冰鲜、活体水产品储运装备在设计、制造、安装及操作等的安全技术条件。
本标准适用于冷库、冻结机、输送机、制冰机、冰柜、海上收鲜船、活鱼运输箱、活鱼运输车船，以及增氧装置、杀菌装置等水产品保鲜储运设备。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety technical conditions for the design, manufacturing, installation and operation of frozen, chilled, and live aquatic product storage and transportation equipment. This standard applies to cold storage, freezers, conveyors, ice machines, freezers, offshore fresh-keeping ships, live fish transport boxes, live fish transport vehicles and ships, as well as aquatic product preservation and transportation equipment such as aeration devices and sterilization devices.
