SC/T 7203的本部分规定了诊断对虾肝胰腺细小病毒病新鲜组织的T-E染色法的原理、试剂与材料、仪器设备、操作步骤和结果判定。
本部分适用于在现场或实验室对感染对虾肝胰腺细小病毒的对虾个体进行快速诊断。不适于对病毒的非感染性携带的标本进行诊断以及对宿主进行组织病理学评价。

Scope

This part of SC/T 7203 specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result judgment of the TE staining method for diagnosing fresh tissues of shrimp hepatopancreatic parvovirus disease. This section is applicable to the rapid diagnosis of individual shrimp infected with Hepatopancreatic Parvovirus (HPV) in the field or in the laboratory. It is not suitable for diagnosis of non-infectious virus carriage and for histopathological evaluation of the host.
