本标准规定了采用自动蒸气压测定仪,在减压条件下测定含空气挥发性液体石油产品总蒸气压的方法。本标准适用于沸点高于0℃,且在37.8℃、气液比为4:1条件下蒸气压为7kPa~130kPa的液体石油产品。测定所用液体样品量为1mL~10mL。不考虑样品中的溶解水。
Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the method for measuring the total vapor pressure of volatile liquid petroleum products containing air under reduced pressure conditions using an automatic vapor pressure measuring instrument. This standard is applicable to liquid petroleum products with a boiling point higher than 0°C and a vapor pressure of 7kPa to 130kPa at 37.8°C and a gas-to-liquid ratio of 4:1. The amount of liquid sample used for measurement is 1mL~10mL. Dissolved water in the sample is not considered. 1.1.1 Some oxygenated blended gasoline samples will produce turbidity when cooled to 0℃~1℃. If turbidity as described in 8.5 is observed, this shall be noted when reporting the results. Precision and bias for turbid samples have not been determined (see Note 1 to 14.2). 1.2 This standard is suitable for calculating the dry vapor pressure equivalent (DVPE) of gasoline and oxygenated gasoline blends using the relevant formula (see 13.2). The calculated DVPE is very close to the results measured using the ASTM D 4953 method. 1.3 This standard uses SI [International System of Units] units, and the units in brackets are for reference only. 1.4 The use of this standard may involve hazardous materials, operations and equipment. This standard does not make recommendations on all safety issues related to this.
