Scope

This regulation stipulates the construction procedures and technical requirements for non-metallic pipelines in petrochemical projects. This procedure is applicable to the construction of non-metallic pipes such as plastic pipes, steel frame polyethylene composite pipes, fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes, fiberglass reinforced plastic and plastic composite pipes in new petrochemical industry construction, expansion and reconstruction projects.
