Scope
This specification stipulates the general technical requirements, quality assurance regulations and delivery preparations for ground-based unified S-band measurement and control systems for aerospace measurement and control. This specification is applicable to ground-based unified S-band measurement and control systems for satellite and spacecraft measurement and control. It is the basis for formulating USB system product specifications. Other measurement and control systems can be adopted as a reference.
