Scope

This standard is applicable to the preparation and revision of water energy resource development plans for small and medium-sized rivers with a drainage area of less than 3,000 km. The water energy development plans of rivers with single-station installed capacities of less than 1.0MW can be appropriately simplified with reference to this standard.
