本标准适用于大型、中型水利水电工程的项目建议书阶段、可行性研究报告阶段、初步设计阶段和技施设计阶段的征地移民实物调查。小型水利水电工程和征地范围较小的水闸、穿渠（堤）建筑物等工程的实物调查，可参照本标准适当简化。

Scope

This standard is applicable to the physical survey of land acquisition and resettlement at the project proposal stage, feasibility study report stage, preliminary design stage and technical installation design stage of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects. The physical survey of small water conservancy and hydropower projects and projects such as sluices and canal (embankment) buildings with smaller land acquisition scope can be appropriately simplified with reference to this standard.
