本标准适用于山体滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等堵塞河道形成的堰塞湖，冰川堆积物形成的堰塞湖处置应专门研究、论证。

Scope

This standard applies to barrier lakes formed by blocking rivers due to landslides, collapses, debris flows, etc. The disposal of barrier lakes formed by glacial deposits should be specially studied and certified.
