Scope
This specification is applicable to the hydrological analysis and calculation in the feasibility study and preliminary design stage of various small hydropower stations with an installed capacity of less than 25,000 kW (including 25,000 kW), and should also be used as a reference in the planning stage. For power stations with an installed capacity of less than 500kW, the content can be appropriately simplified and requirements relaxed according to the actual situation; for micro power stations with an installed capacity of less than 100kW, reference can be made to the implementation. See Appendix A for details.
