Scope

This standard specifies the health organization and management of international health ports, health education and publicity, control of infectious diseases (including vaccination and medical first aid), response to public health emergencies, as well as food, drinking water, external environment and public places, solid and liquid General requirements for waste disposal, ship hygiene, storage sites, sanitary processing, biological control of medical vectors and laboratory capabilities. This standard is a minimum requirement. This standard applies to international navigation seaports that create international sanitary ports across the country.
