Standard load specifications
The standard load is made of Hipor material, key parameters:
- Dry mass: 920±75g
- Water absorption: 1050±50g
- Dimension tolerance: ±0.5mm
- Thermocouple insertion depth: 32mm
Note: Before each test, it needs to be soaked in 5±2℃ water for 8 hours to ensure consistency of moisture content.
Implementation recommendations
- The test environment should be maintained at 23±2℃ and avoid direct sunlight
- Multi-cavity ovens need to test each cavity separately
- Voltage fluctuations should be controlled within the range of ±1% of the rated value
- Standard load drying requires forced ventilation at 175℃ for 8 hours
