Standard load specifications

The standard load is made of Hipor material, key parameters:

  • Dry mass: 920±75g
  • Water absorption: 1050±50g
  • Dimension tolerance: ±0.5mm
  • Thermocouple insertion depth: 32mm

Note: Before each test, it needs to be soaked in 5±2℃ water for 8 hours to ensure consistency of moisture content.


Implementation recommendations

  1. The test environment should be maintained at 23±2℃ and avoid direct sunlight
  2. Multi-cavity ovens need to test each cavity separately
  3. Voltage fluctuations should be controlled within the range of ±1% of the rated value
  4. Standard load drying requires forced ventilation at 175℃ for 8 hours
