Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection, determination and disposal of flash point flammable liquids in imported and exported hazardous chemicals. This standard applies to the inspection of flash point flammable liquids in imported and exported hazardous chemicals (see Appendix A for the list of medium flash point flammable liquids), excluding flammable liquids transported in bulk and pipelines.
