Scope

This part of SN/T 3249 specifies the atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of antimony and mercury content in alloys, coatings, textiles, leather, polymers and other similar materials of simulated jewelry. This section is applicable to the determination of antimony and mercury content in alloys, coatings, textiles, leather, polymers and other similar materials of simulated jewelry. The lower quantitative limits of antimony and mercury are 3 000 g/kg and 300 g/kg respectively.
