This standard specifies a method for determining the total phosphorus (PO) content in diammonium phosphate using a wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This standard is applicable to the determination of total phosphorus (PO) content in diammonium phosphate. The determination range (mass fraction) is 36.85%~49.13%.
