Technical Key Points Analysis
The standard 1% Tween 80-corn agar medium effectively induces chlamydospore formation, and combined with the rabbit serum germ tube test, forms a dual validation system. In quantitative testing, if the sample water absorption rate is greater than 50%, the dilution factor must be adjusted according to Appendix B.
Implementation Recommendations
- For cotton fabrics, it is recommended to give priority to the multi-point sampling and elution method (Clause 6.2)
- The culture temperature must be strictly controlled at 28±1℃ during the bacterial enrichment stage
- The color development culture medium should be tested for positive and negative controls
