本标准规定了油田、气田、长输管道站场及油气库、炼油厂等现场组装焊接的钢制球形储罐及立圆筒形钢制焊接付罐施工质量的验收，本标准将球形储罐和立式储罐合并称为储罐，其具体适用范围如下：
a)本标准中“球形储罐组装工程、焊接工程、涂装工程、绝热工程、梯子平台栏杆制作安装工程”适用于设计压力不大于4MPa的橘瓣式或混合式以支柱支撑的球形储罐现场组焊工程的质量验收。
该部分内容不适用于下列球形储罐：
1）受核辐射的球形储罐；
2）经受相对运动（如车载或船载）的球形储罐；
3）公称容积小于50m3的球形储罐；
4）要求作疲劳分析的球形储罐；
5）双壳结构的球形储罐。
b)本标准中“立式储罐基础沥青砂垫层工程、预制作工程、组装焊接工程、涂装工程、绝热工程、梯子平台栏杆制作安装工程”适用于储存石油、石化产品及其他类似液体的常压（包括微内压）立式圆微形钢制储罐工程施工的质量验收。
该部分内容不适用于下列立式储罐：
1）埋地立式储罐；
2）储存极度和高度危害介质的立式储罐；
3）人工制冷液体立式储罐。

Scope

This section does not apply to the following spherical storage tanks: 1) Spherical storage tanks subject to nuclear radiation; 2) Spherical storage tanks subject to relative motion (such as vehicle or shipboard); 3) Spherical storage tanks with a nominal volume less than 50m; 4 ) Spherical storage tanks requiring fatigue analysis; 5) Spherical storage tanks with double-shell structure. b) The “vertical storage tank foundation asphalt sand cushion engineering, prefabrication engineering, assembly and welding engineering, coating engineering, thermal insulation engineering, ladder platform railing production and installation engineering” in this standard is suitable for storing petroleum, petrochemical products and other similar liquids Quality acceptance of normal pressure (including micro internal pressure) vertical cylindrical steel storage tank engineering construction. This section does not apply to the following vertical storage tanks: 1) Buried vertical storage tanks; 2) Vertical storage tanks storing extremely and highly hazardous media; 3) Vertical storage tanks for artificial refrigeration liquids.
