Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety management of oil and gas field substations. This standard applies to the safety management of 35~220kV substations in onshore oil and gas fields, and also applies to the safety management of 6~35kV switch stations and distribution rooms in onshore oil and gas fields.
