Core installation technical requirements

1. Derrick installation specifications

During the lifting process of the self-elevating derrick, when the angle reaches 75°~80°, the speed must be reduced for buffering. After the derrick is in place, the deviation between the center of the crane and the center of the turntable should be ≤20mm. Key control points:

  • Stop and check at a trial lifting height of 100-200mm
  • Operation is prohibited when wind speed exceeds Level 5 (8.0m/s)
  • Double-lift drilling rigs require secondary alignment

2. Anti-collision system upgrade

The 2020 version clearly requires the configuration of two independent anti-collision systems, including:

Over-roll valve type: Braking is completed within 3 seconds after the lever is triggered
Digital anti-collision: High/low limit deceleration test is required
