Standard Revision Background and Technology Evolution
TB/T 2673-2016 replaces the 2002 version. The main technical upgrades include: adding sleeper type/double rod type/ZY9 type products, optimizing the definition of contact resistance, strengthening the vibration resistance requirements of the hydraulic system (5.21.2), adding high and low temperature performance tests (5.20), etc. The implementation date of this standard is August 1, 2016, and it is under the jurisdiction of Xi'an Anlutong Equipment Research Co., Ltd.

Hydraulic system specifications
Use No. 10 aviation hydraulic oil (SH 0358), and the hose assembly must pass the 30MPa pressure resistance test (5.6.3). Sealing performance requirements for the whole machine: 4.6 series ≥5MPa, 7.9 series ≥20MPa, maintain pressure for 1 minute without leakage (5.12).
Locking force standard
Non-extrudable products must withstand 98kN axial locking force, and extrusion-break products must have a 28±2kN fixed force mechanism (5.14). Cylinder reverse displacement ≤2mm (5.13).
Innovation of inspection methods
- New test items: Motor temperature rise test (6.2), squeezed-pole dynamic test (6.6)
- Life test: After 1×10⁴ times of action, the action time is extended by no more than 10% (5.22)
- Two-point traction test: AC/DC dedicated test circuit (Figure 15/16)
Implementation suggestions
ZYJ7+SH6 combination Attention should be paid when installing: The notch depth of the indicator rod is ≥6mm (5.9.1), and the contact resistance of the contact point is ≤0.1Ω (5.8.6). It is recommended to equip 1 instruction manual for every 10 units (8.2).
In high-cold areas, special attention should be paid to the low-temperature resistance performance in Article 5.20, and the operating current is allowed to increase by 15%.
