本标准规定了铁道动力装置用柴油机认证试验的实施细则。
本标准适用于铁道动力装置用柴油机，但不包括专用机车(如矿山和炼油厂用机车)的柴油机和有效功率小于100 kW的柴油机。

Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the implementation details for certification testing of diesel engines for railway power plants. 1.2 This standard applies to diesel engines used in railway power plants, but does not include diesel engines for special locomotives (such as locomotives used in mines and refineries) and diesel engines with effective power less than 100kW. 1.3 The purpose of formulating these rules is to make specific implementation provisions for each test of the certification test, so that all tests under the supervision of the supervisor can be conducted under the same conditions and obtain relatively comparable results.
