This standard systematically stipulates the technical specifications of lifting type track collection equipment, which mainly includes three types of equipment: cantilever cranes (rated lifting capacity ≥1500kg), mobile cranes (lifting torque 10.81t·m~12.5t·m) and jib cranes (lifting speed ≥7m/min).

1. Safety protection system

The standard requires the configuration of: overload protection device (4.2.4.2), mechanical locking device (4.2.8.2.2) and 10-minute emergency reset function (4.2.7.3). Mobile cranes must be equipped with a torque limiter (4.2.8.2.1b).

2. Special environmental adaptability

The equipment must meet the following requirements: - Working temperature of -20℃~+50℃ (3.1.2) - Normal operation under wind speed of 13.8m/s (3.1.3) - Line working condition of 30‰ slope (3.2.2)

  1. Grading inspection management: Factory inspection focuses on basic items such as electrical insulation (≥1MΩ) and hydraulic sealing. Type test needs to verify all performance indicators (Table 1)
  2. Requirements for key components: The welds of the load-bearing chassis must be non-destructively inspected (4.2.1.2), and the wire rope must comply with GB/T 3811-2008
  3. Maintainability design: Parts of the same model should be interchangeable (4.1.3), and the oil circuit needs to be modularly laid out (4.1.7)
