After cleaning and leveling the surface, coat with rare earth antibacterial floor paint using a roller brush.
Film Rare earth antibacterial ultra-durable floor film Suitable for ground surfaces without renovation or specific requirements. Clean and level the surface before laying down the rare earth antibacterial floor film.
2 Wall Coating Rare earth antimicrobial interior wall latex paint Suitable for walls and ceilings that require renovation. After dealing with hollow, peeling, and falling parts, finding the base, priming, intermediate coating, topcoat, and applying specialized latex paint.
Film Rare earth antimicrobial film Suitable for walls without renovation or specific requirements. Clean and level the surface before laying down the film.
3 Doors & Windows Coating Rare earth antimicrobial door and window special paint Suitable for door panels and window frames. After cleaning, apply special paints or topcoats to the doors and windows.
Film Rare earth antimicrobial glass transparent film Suitable for glass parts of doors and windows. Clean and level before applying transparent films specifically designed for use on these parts.
4 Bathroom Coating Rare earth antimicrobial waterproofing paint Suitable for doors, cabinets, sanitary ware, etc. After cleaning, apply specialized waterproof paints or coatings.
Film Rare earth antimicrobial waterproof anti-fouling film Suitable for doors, glass, tiles, etc. Clean and level the surface before applying waterproof and anti-fouling films specifically designed for these surfaces.
5 Utensils Coating Rare earth antimicrobial paint Suitable for wooden, metal, plastic, rubber items that require renovation. After cleaning, apply appropriate paints or coatings.
Film Rare earth antimicrobial film Suitable for furniture like tables, chairs, cabinets that do not need extensive renovation. Clean and level the surface before applying specialized films.
6 Transportation Spaces Floor Coating Rare earth antibacterial vehicle floor paint Suitable for bus, large buses, trains, high-speed rail carriages. After cleaning to remove dirt and rustproofing, apply rare earth antibacterial vehicle floor paint.
Film Rare earth antibacterial plastic mat Suitable for small vehicles with 7 seats or less. Use specific anti-microbial plastic mats designed for these vehicles.
7 Vehicle Walls & Ceiling Coating Rare earth antibacterial vehicle surface paint Suitable for the wall panels and decorative surfaces of buses, large buses, trains, high-speed rail carriages, and shared bicycles. After cleaning to remove dirt and priming, apply rare earth antibacterial special surface paint.
Film Rare earth antibacterial film Suitable for seats in cars, taxis, buses, large buses, trains, high-speed rail carriages, airplanes, etc. Use specific seat covers designed for these vehicles.
6.2 Dynamic Disinfection Purification Construction
6.2.1 When constructing indoor air disinfection purification projects for each scenario as outlined in Table 1, the technical standards should comply with the requirements specified in Chapter 5.2 of T/BYXT 053-2023. The equipment must meet the requirements set forth in Chapter 6 of T/BYXT 053-2023 for dynamic disinfection and purification categories.

6.2.2 Projects utilizing dynamic ion disinfection and purification technology should be executed according to the construction plan as outlined in Table 3.
Table 3: Construction Plan for Dynamic Disinfection Purification
Item No. Scenario Construction Method Equipment Requirements Engineering Requirements
1 Building Indoor Spaces Disinfection & Purification Dual-state ion disinfection and purification equipment and core components 1. The selection of the equipment should match the volume of the indoor space, with a nominal applicable volume not less than the space's volume.
2. When the indoor space is too large to be matched by a single piece of equipment, increase the quantity of the equipment, ensuring that the total nominal applicable volume is no less than the space’s volume.
3. For indoor spaces using multiple pieces of equipment, plan the installation points reasonably so that the airflow from each device evenly distributes throughout the entire indoor space.
4. Prioritize selecting core components integrated with the air outlet if there are existing air conditioning or ventilation system facilities in the indoor space.

2 Transportation Spaces Disinfection & Purification Dual-state ion disinfection and purification equipment, core components, and vehicle-specific ion disinfection and purification equipment 1. For vehicle spaces up to 7 seats, select a specific vehicle-mounted ion disinfection and purification device.
2. For vehicle spaces over 7 seats, the driving compartment should have a vehicle-mounted ion disinfection and purification device, while the rest of the space should be equipped with ceiling-mounted dual-state ion disinfection and purification devices; preferentially choose components integrated with air outlets if there are existing air conditioning or ventilation systems in the vehicle.
3. The total nominal applicable volume of all equipment used should not be less than the volume of the vehicle's space.
4. Plan the installation points reasonably so that the airflow from each device evenly distributes throughout the entire vehicle’s space.

6.3 Disinfection Factor Distribution Grading Requirements
The distribution requirements for dual-state antibacterial epidemic prevention and control disinfection factors are listed in Table 4.
Table 4: Disinfection Factor Distribution Grading
Grade A A+ A++
Distribution Index Static coating and film surfaces within the space Surfaces closely and less closely related to the environment Surfaces closely, less closely, and unrelated to the environment
Dynamic low-temperature ions Full distribution in the space Full distribution in the space Full distribution in the space

6.4 Technical Requirements
Technical requirements for rare earth antibacterial epidemic prevention are listed in Table 5.
Table 5: Technical Requirements
Item Viral Inhibition Rate (%) a Natural Bacteria Elimination Rate (%) Formaldehyde PM2.5
Indicator 90.00~99.99 ≤0.20 ≤0.05 A~A++ Non-toxic, coexistence with humans
a The test methods should comply with the requirements specified in WS/T 650, T/BYXT 053, and the Disinfection Technical Specifications.
b Evaluate based on the distribution of disinfection factors according to the requirements outlined in Table 4.
c Follow the indicators and testing methods stipulated by GB/T 18883 for indoor air quality standards. Achieving specified indicators defines as "excellent".
d Based on test methods defined in T/BYXT 053, achieving safety performance indicators.

6.5 Warranty Requirements
Warranty requirements for rare earth antibacterial epidemic prevention city construction scenarios are listed in Table 6.
Table 6: Warranty Requirements
Item Warranty Requirements a Remarks
1 Disinfection Purification Equipment Core components warranty for 10,000 hours or 3 years (whichever comes first)
