本文件适用于混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验仪器设备(包括：混凝土抗冻仪、混凝土动弹性模量测定仪、混凝土抗水渗仪、混凝土抗氯离子渗透测定仪、混凝土收缩测定仪、混凝土碳化试验箱、全自动混凝土硫酸盐干湿循环试验箱、混凝土气体渗透测试仪、混凝土低温硫酸盐试验箱)的设计、生产、使用、维护、检定/校准和报废的管理。
混凝土拌合物性能试验仪器设备生产企业、检定/校准企业、从事相关检测的第三方检测机构、预拌混凝土生产企业实验室、PC构件工厂实验室及其他混凝土相关实验室可参照使用。
