本部分规定了水泥企业设备润滑管理的一般要求，合理润滑方案的确立，重点设备润滑剂的选择与变更，润滑剂仓储要求，润滑剂加换要求，设备润滑监测，污染控制，废油回收利用，以及健康、安全、环保等。
本部分适用于水泥企业破碎、粉磨、烧成、余热发电等设备的全流程润滑管理。

Scope

Enterprises should establish lubrication rules and regulations, establish equipment lubrication ledgers and lubrication "five fixes" (fixed points, timing, quality, quantity, and personnel) according to the characteristics of various types of equipment, and implement and assess them. The equipment lubrication ledger contains the date, brand, quantity and replacement interval of the lubricant. Enterprises should set equipment lubricant consumption quotas. Enterprises should strengthen on-site management of lubricants to prevent lubricants from damaging the environment.
