本文件规定了液化烃压力储罐区在外部安全条件、安全生产条件、运行、维护、检验和检修方面的安全技术要求。
本文件适用于构成重大危险源的在役液化烃压力储罐区的安全运行管理。
本文件不适用于下列液化烃罐区：
a) 低温常压存储的液化烃罐区；
b) 覆土式液化烃罐区；
c) 加油加气站的埋地或覆土式液化烃罐区；
d) 归《城镇燃气管理条例》管辖的液化烃罐区。

Scope

This document stipulates the safety technical requirements for external safety conditions, safe production conditions, operation, maintenance, inspection and overhaul of liquefied hydrocarbon pressure storage tank areas. This document is applicable to the safe operation management of in-service liquefied hydrocarbon pressure storage tank areas that constitute major hazard sources. This document does not apply to the following liquefied hydrocarbon tank areas: a) Liquefied hydrocarbon tank areas for low-temperature and atmospheric pressure storage; b) Earth-covered liquefied hydrocarbon tank areas; c) Buried or earth-covered liquefied hydrocarbon tank areas at gas filling stations; d ) is a liquefied hydrocarbon tank area under the jurisdiction of the "Urban Gas Management Regulations".
