Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for off-board electric vehicle chargers (hereinafter referred to as "chargers") used in the high-temperature coastal areas south of the Yangtze River in China that comply with NB/T33001-2018 "Technical Conditions for Non-Vehicle Conductive Chargers for Electric Vehicles" special requirements. For environmental conditions in high-temperature coastal areas, see Appendix AA. This standard is based on NB/T33001-2018 and puts forward special requirements for chargers considering the most significant environmental factors (heat and humidity, salt spray, solar radiation) in high-temperature coastal areas. Chargers whose construction sites are easily exposed to direct seawater attack are not considered within the scope of this standard.
