本标准规定了核电站周围居民健康调查与食品和饮用水放射性监测的内容、方法、频度、质量保证等方面的基本要求。
本标准适用于核电站运行前和正常运行期间的居民健康调查。不适用于核电站事故应急状态下的居民健康调查与食品、饮用水放射性监测。
除核电站以外的其他核设施(如铀加工或富集设施、核燃料制造厂、核反应堆(包括临界和次临界装置)、研究堆、乏燃料贮存设施和核燃料后处理厂等)周围居民健康调查可参照本标准。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the content, methods, frequency, quality assurance, etc. of health surveys of residents around nuclear power plants and radioactive monitoring of food and drinking water. This standard applies to resident health surveys before and during normal operation of nuclear power plants. It is not suitable for resident health surveys and food and drinking water radioactivity monitoring under nuclear power plant accident emergency conditions. Health surveys of residents around other nuclear facilities other than nuclear power plants (such as uranium processing or enrichment facilities, nuclear fuel manufacturing plants, nuclear reactors (including critical and subcritical devices), research reactors, spent fuel storage facilities and nuclear fuel reprocessing plants, etc.) can refer to this standard.
