Scope

This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of paraaminophenol (PAP) in urine. The minimum detection concentration of this method is 0.5 mg/L. This standard is applicable to the determination of paraaminophenol in the urine of workers exposed to aniline.
