1. Low-pressure system leakage detection
The standard requires the use of negative pressure suction ball method for detection. When the main switch and flow control valve are closed, the suction ball collapse time should be ≥10 seconds. In practical applications, please note:
- The detection must cover all evaporator states
- Common leakage points include: evaporator sealing ring, pipeline interface
2. Oxygen-laughing linkage device
Ensure through mechanical or electronic interlocking: when the oxygen flow is turned off, the nitrous oxide flow must be cut off synchronously.
