Introduction
Standard Background and Scope of Application
This standard is formulated for the special type of cultural relics, namely, former residences of celebrities, and is applicable to cultural relics protection units at all levels and former residences of celebrities among registered immovable cultural relics. Its technical specifications refer to 7 reference documents including GB/T 22527, focusing on solving the special problems of the protection and utilization of memorial sites.

Technical requirements for protection
4.1 Principle of overall protection
Implement three-in-one protection: building itself, historical environment, movable cultural relics and intangible cultural heritage. Typical case: Beijing Lu Xun's former residence also protects his hand-planted trees and study furnishings.
4.4 Technical measures
- Reinforcement and repair: special design and expert review are required
- Additional facilities: height ≤3 meters, distance from the main body ≥5 meters
- Prohibited behaviors: outdoor advertising, damage to load-bearing structures

5.2 Division of responsibilities
The Shanghai Zhang Ailing Former Residence adopts the "owner + community" co-management model, which meets the requirements of Article 5.2 of the standard for the management of non-state-owned cultural relics.
5.6 Dynamic Monitoring
Establish a three-level system of annual assessment-quarterly inspection-real-time monitoring, focusing on monitoring:
