Scope
This specification specifies the working procedures and relevant technical requirements for the design, construction, engineering supervision and acceptance of museum exhibitions. This standard applies to the design and construction of open exhibitions held by museums (defined in the Museum Regulations). It can be used as a reference for the design and construction of exhibitions inside heritage protection buildings and at all levels of protection (ancient buildings, old sites, and heritage sites), and exhibitions in non-state-owned museums.
