Introduction
Interpretation of the core requirements of the standard
| Technical dimension | 12V system | 24V system | Test method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power supply fluctuation range | 9-15V | 18-30V | Table 1 parameters |
| Crushing response time | ≤1 second | Clause 5.3.1 | |
| Electromagnetic compatibility level | 10V/m(80-1000MHz) | GB/T 17626 Series | |
Key Performance Indicators
The device must meet dual start protection: it can be triggered by the console and support the on-site forced start button (4.4.1.6). The forced start button must have an anti-accidental touch design, but complex operation methods such as password locks are prohibited.
Typical application scenarios
After a bus group installed an electric smashing device on the side windows of its vehicles, it was necessary to verify the following:
1. Automatic locking function of the device when in motion (4.4.1.7)
2. Breaking 6mm tempered glass within 1 second when static (4.4.2.2)
3. No falling off under a load of 15kg for 30 minutes (4.4.1.8)
Special requirements for electromagnetic compatibility
The standard requires that the device must withstand 8kV electrostatic discharge and 100A/m pulse group interference (Table 3), and specifically stipulates that the on-board power supply equipment must pass:
• Category 6 transient conducted disturbance test defined in Appendix A
• GB/T Pulse 1/2/3 test specified in GB/T 21437.2-2008
• Pulse 4 test specified in GB/T 28046.2-2019
Implementation suggestions
1. Selection verification: focus on checking the actual measurement report of crushing thickness provided by the manufacturer (≥6mm)
2. Installation specification: cable length does not exceed 50 meters, and the wire diameter meets the manufacturer's requirements
3. Maintenance points: test the event recording function every month to ensure 30 days of power-off storage
