本标准适用于公安消防部队对灾害事故现场伤员进行的紧急救护。专职消防队、志愿消防队等其他形式的消防队进行紧急救护时可参照执行。
Scope
This standard specifies the general principles, personnel and equipment requirements, basic procedures, and typical injury management methods for on-site emergency rescue by firefighters. This standard applies to emergency rescue provided by public security fire brigades to injured victims at disaster and accident scenes. It can also be used as a reference by other fire brigades, including professional and volunteer fire brigades, when conducting emergency rescue.
